What it accepts

Final MP4 files, title, description, tags, and optional thumbnail images submitted by authenticated local tooling.

What it does not do

It does not accept anonymous uploads, public registrations, or public user accounts.

Why this matters

It gives Google a public app boundary while keeping the creative work local and the upload endpoint private.
